Some things we take for granted like cable connections. Mainly because we never consider a wire might just stop firing due to a bad connection. One of our Wintix users was having issues with both printing and emailing. They looked at the back of the printer connections and then the back of the computer and noticed the back of the cat5 cable (LAN) was not lit. They unplugged it and plugged it back in and it was still not working. They replaced the bad cat5 cable and now it works! Hooray.
