If you are working in a small box office, you may have multiple clerks working on the same computer, each in their own instance of Wintix. If each clerk is using their own clerk name and password, you may want to be sure each clerk is working in the instance of Wintix that they are logged in to, not the other clerk’s instance.
NOTE: You must require clerks to use passwords to be able to see which clerk is logged in to which Wintix.
To require passwords, go to File | Initialization | Options 1 tab. Check the box Require passwords.
Once that setting is saved, when someone logs in to Wintix, you will see which clerk on the top right of the main Wintix window.
