When someone tries to buy tickets on Webtix, do they get the message “The selected chart was not found” and “No prices available for this seat”?
NOTE: This is applicable to season tickets, as well.
- Go to Edit a show.
- Double click the performance.
- A new window appears. Click Edit chart.
- Another window opens.
- Click Edit chart.
- When the seating plan opens, click the Data button.
- The price categories field should have all the price categories available for that performance list.
- If it does not, go to Tools | Seating plans and open the plan that is attached to the performance.
- Click on a seat and look in the lower left corner.
- Copy those price categories and paste into the chartdata for your performance.
- Your performance will now be on sale online in Webtix.
