Can’t complete Wintix sales and computer crashes with no error message?

One of our clients tried to sell a ticket and Wintix quit, with no error messages. None of the other computers in her office had the problem.

The problem was the MSVCD71.dll file in the Wintix subdirectory was missing or damaged. Once it was replaced, the issue was resolved.
