This can happen if someone abandons an in-house sale or if a computer or Wintix crashes.
Occasionally, some sales records never complete, but seats are still attached to the sales record number. This scenario happens more with online sales, but occasionally it happens during an in-house sale in Wintix.
Did you know there is a setting in Initializations where you can input your choice of how long it is before Wintix releases those seats.
- Go to Initialization | Sale settings.
- You can choose between 30 – 12o minutes.
