Here is a general outline of our procedures before we release an update to our software.
- Wintix and Webtix updates are released on our testing server to our testing team.
- Once the majority of the team has tested and approved of the changes being made, a notification email is sent to our clients with a summary of the changes being made, as well as when to expect the update to be released.
- Wintix 6 updates are released during our regular work day M-F 8 am to 6 pm PST.
- Webtix 6 updates are released between 9 am to 10 am PST to the production servers. These hours allow us to be ready for our East Coast clients, in the case any problems occur that affect patrons purchasing tickets online.
