A Wintix user reported his his patrons were able to access Webtix, but when it was time to submit their credit card onto the PayPal payment form, they saw the message in the screen shot below. Our customer thought Webtix was down. That wasn’t the case. Pay Pal was down. That surprised him. He said, “Wow! Even the big boys can go down.”
