If you need to change the ticket delivery method in any of the sales records you do NOT wish to print: Go to Sales|Sales Records|Bring up the sale|Go to the Other Information tab on the far right of the sales record|Click on the Ticket Delivery Method dropdown box and choose the method to one that you will NOT be printing.
- Then, go to Tools|Ticket Printing|Print unprinted tickets for a performance|Choose the Show/Performance|Printing Options tab|Check the box for “Print only one ticket delivery method”|From the dropdown under that box, choose the ticket delivery method you DO want to print.|Choose any other options on that tab and then print your tickets.
