When people abandon their ticket purchase on Webtix, Webtix automatically returns the seats. There is a standard default of 20 minutes for a sale to be completed, although we can change it for you. If the patron does not complete the sale within that time frame, Webtix automatically returns the seats that were chosen. What you will see in Wintix is the actual seats remaining in real time.
