One of our customers emailed us: It would be great if you could set a specific email to go with different events. For example, we have an event coming up that is a one day, general admission that doesn’t work the same as our normal everyday season. We still want to email tickets but it’s a hassle to have to change the text for sending those tickets, and then change it back for our normal everyday events.
It’s actually quite easy to do. Here’s how: You can create a new receipt and you can “save as” GA receipt, for example. Click on File | label and receipt setup and modify the receipt report form. See screen shot below: You will be able to save the modified receipt and then use that particular receipt for these specific general admission events.
