Have you ever gone into a Webtix sale and tried to print a ticket only to have a pop up warn you “These tickets were already printed… are you sure you want to print again?”
You’ve never printed these tickets so why is Wintix telling you they’ve already been printed?
The reason the message is there is because when people get their tickets online, the tickets are automatically emailed to them. Wintix considers emailing them as printing them, for practical purposes.
If the box office uses the function Tools | Ticket printing | Print unprinted tix for a performance, they want to print only the tickets that they need to print for people to be admitted. If a customer has received their tickets via email, they already have their tickets.
