No, but they are similar. Both work off the same database, but they appear differently because Wintix is an desktop application while Webtix is Web-based.
Here’s an example of what it looks like in Wintix. You can see the ascii characters, as well as the colors. In the sold seats, you see the price category.
When you view it in Webtix, you see colors, but not the ascii characters. The sold seats appear as dark blue.
