We had a client whose tickets were printing more than one ticket on a single ticket.

We ran several tests and discovered the client was using a print server. We went to each printer driver under the advanced tab and changed the setting from Print directly to the printer to Spool print documents so program finishes printing faster/Start printing immediately.

Usually we choose Print directly to the printer because, in most cases, the printer is connected to the local computer NOT the print server.  Once we made those changes, a ticket seller could start printing. Those tickets correctly printed first before the other ticket seller started printing their ticket a few seconds later.  (They had been having jumbled tickets being printed all at the same time on the same ticket, rather than separately.)

The client also reported that blank tickets were being printed.  With the model they had – the GoDEX RT 230i, sometimes you need to set the size within the Godex printer driver to measure 2.00 x 5.47″ rather than 2.00 x 5.50 inches.
