You can use HTML codes in the perfinfo1 tab to add some excitement and pizzazz to your Webtix page. The instructions are here.
In one part of the post, you learn how to tell Wintix what color you would like the text to be. The color is represented by a number called a hex code. All you really need to know is that it is a 6 digit code that makes colors appear on your computer. If you want to geek out and learn how they work, click here.
But how do you get hex codes?
- Want to match a color of something online like your website? You can download a free color picker like Color Cop.
- When you move the eyedropper to an area over the image, the app will display a hex code.
Color for the web is also expressed in RGB (see above), but if you have the RBG numbers, you need to convert them into a hex code.
- Go to http://www.rgbtohex.net/
- Enter the number and the site will convert the code.
