Problem emailing: “Failure. File not sent.”

A Wintix user was receiving that error message when trying to send email through Wintix. If this happens to you, there could be an issue with server settings on your network.

We tested this issue using the same database they are on and were able to send the emails. This further pointed toward their network as the reason the outgoing mail through Wintix was being blocked from sending.
