The best way to get the most accurate count on how many people attended (or didn’t attend) a performance (versus how many tickets were sold) is to use ScanTix and a scanner so that Wintix will be able to report those who attended and those who did not.
- To run the ScantTix report, in Wintix go to Reports | Other reports | Bar code scanning
- Choose the type of report you would like.
