How to update a customer record

If you need to update the data base for mailings, like customers who have moved, where is the best place to do this?

  • To update a customer record, go to Mailing list | Customer lookup
  • Enter the last name of the customer. There, you can make any changes necessary, then just click OK.
  • Find their record in the drop down list and double click to open it.
  • You could also update the customer record while making a sale.
    • Lookup customer, bring up their record, then make the changes, click OK.
