• Click on File | Payment type. Make sure you have a payment type labeled Internet credit card.
• To apply a per order or per ticket or percentage service charge, click on the appropriate column and add the desired amount (see screen shot below). Make sure to save your changes.

• Next, click on Show | Edit a show | Internet options | Domains.  Make sure the correct payment type is checked.
