When a customer purchases tickets online through Webtix, their information gets saved into your Mailing List database. They are put on the email list depending on which option they chose on the Webtix page where they entered their information. They can choose to opt in or opt out of your email list.
You can access those lists, by going to Mailing List | Any local DBF file. They are stored in your Tix 7 |Output folder. You can also download them into a spreadsheet.
