How to force an entry of a phone number when adding a new customer record or editing an existing one

• Go to File | Initialization | Mailing list tab
• Check the box labeled Force entry of phone number
• You can also use this to:
  • Force entry of address, city, state and zip code
  • Force entry of fax number
  • Force entry of email address
