One of our Webtix users told us that a multi-chart they were using for online sales showed up fine online for one performance but not another.
This is what we told them:
- You need to go to Show | Edit a show | <click on the performance that isn’t displaying the chart>
- Edit date | Edit chart |<click on image and choose an image>.
For some reason, the image didn’t carry over to the second performance. They may have added this performance before adding the image. If so, that’s probably why it didn’t carry over. You need to completely set up the first performance, before adding new dates. If you add dates, then change the first performance, the changes don’t carry over to the other dates.
