Daily sales report for 1 clerk has pay totals, items and credit card lists.
Incorrect number of seats on the chart header will not display on the daily sales, run of show, and by performance reports if there are no incorrect seats.
Entering multiple performances correctly adds the start scan and end scan date and time for each performance.
FullExchangeFinalize() will put in mainsale_items.amount after a GA exchange.
Show for one day report for show correctly displays the correct pay type.
Daily sales report start and end times overhauled to handle a range of times.
