Though we have done multiple testings before releasing the June 1, 2021 update, we have since received many phone calls and emails describing various issues.
Most of the issues have been resolved. However, there still remains some issues involving partial and full exchanges.
Some people reported getting the following error while trying to complete a sale:
- Because of this, it was imperative that we upload a June 4 beta build. We are continuing to monitor the new modifications. We appreciate your patience while we continue work.
- It also fixes a problem when doing a sale. It was reported that if you click back and forth between the Select the seats tab and the Payment tab, the list of pay types would disappear. We were able to duplicate that. Since it is something that possibly affects everyone, we posted an update right away.
