Oops! Someone in the box office made a quick sale when they were supposed to be making a regular sale. Now you need to attach a customer record to that sale.
- Go to Sales | Sales record | Search by sale number to find the quick sale
- Click on the Customer tab
- Click Attach another customer
- A message ‘This is permanent’ will appear. “Are you sure you want to attach another customer to this sales record?”
- Click Yes
- Search for the customer you want to attach to the sales record
- Click Use this information
- That customer is now attached to only that sale record (plus any prior sales that were done to that customer)
