A Wintix user reported their master ticket setup reverted to some old or default version of their ticket layout that is not correct.
Their ticket set up was a Special Ticket Format (STF) so we instructed them to go to:
- File | Label and receipt setup |Modify any label.
- Choose another ticket that is formatted the same as their master ticket and save it as lasertix.lbx.
