Webtix error: “Sorry, there are no seats remaining. Please check back soon in case of cancellations.”

Does an online patron get this message even though there are still seats available. Try updating your remaining seats.

  • In Wintix, go to Help | About Wintix
  • Do a right click in the big gray box and click on the Update seats remaining button.  See screen shot below:
