The top offset and the tear offset can be found in the following place in your printer properties.
1. Open your printers and faxes window in Windows
2. Right click on the Datamax
3. Click on Printer Properties
4. Click on the General Tab
5. Go to Preferences
6. Click on the Stock tab
7. There is where your offsets are. You can change them to whatever number gives you the desired results. (Note that the Sensor Type should be Label Mark and the Post Print Action should be Tear Off.
