Are your patrons experiencing errors on Webtix?
Check your Wintix credit card log: While in Wintix, click on Reprts | By Day | Credit card log. (See screen shot below.) If the report is for today, leave the starting and ending date alone. Wintix automatically defaults to today’s date. Run the report and make sure the check box labeled “include the requests and answers” is checked. You can send the report to screen or to the printer, etc. You can email us the PDF if you need help to interpret the report. It could be that your transaction key has been changed. If so, you need to contact Center Stage Software so we can input it properly into Webtix.
