We have a customer who needed to sell low-cost tickets for a baby or toddler who would be sitting on a parent’s lap. They needed to sell a reserved seat to the parent but also allow for a “lap pass” for the little one.
Here’s what we told them to do:
Go into Tools | Seating plans and choose the plan you usually use and add a few rows as general admission.
When you sell a ticket, the modified seating plan will come up and you can choose two reserved seats and one or two GA seats. You would label the price code to reflect the seats as lap pass tickets.
