Code modifications include:
1) Enhanced Authorize.net SIM processing to make Webtix data more compatible with gateway.
2) Enhanced the seat and row info data display to use an easy to configure uniform function.
3) Default configuration is to use consolidated email receipts when using installer.
4) If there is only a single price choice available, that price will be listed as default choice thereby automating the checkout process.
