When one of your customers selects tickets in Webtix, those seats are taken off sale. If the sale is abandoned, the seats are still held. The seats will be held until they timeout. Then, they are released. The default timeout is 20 minutes.
You can set any amount of time you’d like.
- If you have the Webtix – full license, go to /ticketing/_custom/_includes/config.php. The setting is at the bottom of the file.
- If you have the Webtix rental, we will need to change it for you. Just let us know.
- If you don’t have either program, what are you waiting for? Ask your customers if they want to purchase their tickets online. For $2.00 a day you can’t lose.
