Customers’ credit cards won’t go through on Webtix

If you are using Webtix rental and patrons tell you that their credit card would not go through when they tried to purchase tickets online, make sure your “transaction key” has not been changed. That is one of the key elements that allows the credit card transaction to be completed.

If your key has been changed, you need to contact Center Stage Software, so that we can input it properly into Webtix.
