Code modifications include:
1) Modified promoter interface to be able to correctly edit labels and prices for all 48 price categories.
2) Enhanced promoter interface to enable new shows created by it to also be available for sale online.
3) Enhanced promoter interface so all defined price categories are available to online patrons for shows initially created by it.
