When trying to print a default ticket format, or a special ticket format, if you receive this error: “Error 2059: Unhandled Structured Exception” …

… That means your printer codes are not being recognized by Wintix, or haven’t been set up yet in Wintix.

Following these instructions should resolve that issue.
