But you know there are? Are you selling your season package under the same name year after year?
We had a customer who reported that issue and this is what the problem is: if you have a season package with the same name year after year, and it has close to the amount of tickets sold from the previous year, Wintix will think there aren’t tickets available. So you need to rename the package each year to avoid that.
In this case, the package was named “Flex Four.” We recommended changing the name each year to “Flex Four 20XX” – that solved the problem.
