We had a customer report that went she went to Tools | Ticket printing | Print unprinted tix for a performance, then clicked the Print report button, Wintix will not show the unprinted tickets as printed. She had to go to the sale record and reprint in order to get it to say they were printed.
Wintix, in fact, was operating correctly, in that it displayed a window asking her if the tickets printed correctly.
The problem was that she clicked No because she wanted the option to print the again, so Wintix reported that they weren’t printed.
Please say Yes to avoid that issue.
