If the plan is not being used yet, you can remove rows or columns of seats to make the width or length smaller.
Open the seating plan and group select the seats you wish to remove (right click one “corner” of the seats, then right click the diagonal opposite). When the window Select the field to be changed … pops up, replace the Status with a lower case x and click Apply the changes.
Next, click on Plan tools and click Delete records where status = “x” to remove a row or column.
A new window will open. Type in the new width or length and click OK.
