You cannot alter a seating plan once you start selling tickets

If your seating chart is attached to a show and you are already selling tickets to that show, you can’t alter the seating plan. If you do something like add a row, you’ll receive an error message, such as ‘Chart is not the same size as plan. Performance has not been set up correctly.’
