If you’re having to do many exchanges, the easiest and fastest way is to just cancel the entire season ticket sale and the single transactions that follow the season ticket. Run a customer history report using the account number and you will be able to see all the sales transactions for that particular customer.
The next step is to double click on the season ticket sale and each individual show attached to the season ticket sale. Click on the Other information tab and cancel the sale. Since the season ticket performances are each treated as single transactions, there is no other way to do the exchanges other than by cancelling or exchanging on a per transaction basis.
