Many times there is a very simple solution. You may discover your tickets are being fed in the wrong way. DO NOT feed your ticket stock with the stub feeding at leading edge and the black bar (a strip from edge to edge width-wise) at the trailing edge. Feed the tickets with the black bar at the leading edge, then you will be back in business.
