Do you charge a service fee per ticket? You will need to make sure you charge the correct amount of service fees for a season package then.
- Go to File | Payment Types
- Enter a payment type or types for season package. In the example below, the service charge is $1.50 per ticket. Our season package consists of three shows, so the season package service fee is $4.50.
- In this case, we added three payment types to further capture payment details: Season cash, Season check, and Season Credit card.
