Credit card error – Authorize.net

If you are trying to process a credit card, have an Authorize.net account and you see an error message in Wintix, that error message is coming directly from Authorize.net. For example, you may see the following message:

The following errors have occurred.

(99) This transaction cannot be accepted.

This means that you most likely do not have the correct API login ID and transaction key. In Wintix, click on Reports | By Day | credit card log.  Run the report for the range of date required and email Diane Rowe (diane@centerstage.com) the PDF.
