Troubleshooting: if Wintix reports a seat cannot be sold

Check your valid price codes within the seating plan for that show.  That seat may not have been configured correctly to accept price codes.

  • Click on Show | Edit a show.
  • Choose show and performance date.
  • Click on the Edit chart button. When you click on the seat, check the bottom of your window that shows price codes.  Are their price codes indicated?
