Keep the default printer as your laser jet. When you print reports, the reports will be printed directly to your laser jet. You won’t have to switch from printer to printer. When printing tickets, you should already be set up to print tickets directly to the printer. See screen shots below: First click on File | Ticket setup. Next: Click on Windows printer setup button.
Click on File | Ticket setup: See below: Make sure that the printer that is chosen is the ticket printer. Once that has been chosen, click on File | Save changes. Go back and sell tickets in Wintix. The tickets will automatically print to the ticket printer.
