One of our customers had a problem:
They could not get their Windows 7, 64 bit, computer to communicate with their Boca printer.
They could not locate a serial to USB cable and the USB to Serial adapter they bought, they could not make it work.
The problem when using serial is that you need to make sure that the baud rate is set correctly.
