Setting up a Datamax S Class 3210 or 3306 Thermal Printer

Are your custom tickets printing upside down?

This happened to one of our clients who uses custom tickets. The solution is to rotate the image on the ticket. NOTE: the “image” is whatever the ticket printer prints on the ticket. Is there a delay when you print tickets?

Color graphic on ticket is fuzzy or grainy when printing on a GoDEX printer

If you have a 300 dpi printer, the graphic or logo should print clearly. You may need to get a better digital logo designed. Show the graphic or logo to your designer and find out if you can get a better resolution of the design. An image can appear grainy when people are using a color graphic.
