The On & off sale tab is where you tell Wintix the date and time you wish tickets to go on and off sale.
If you have Webtix for online ticketing, you can check the checkbox if you don’t want tickets to be available online at the time. Unclick the box when you want them online.
Note: Please note the section of the window that tells you Wintix operates on a 24 hour clock and set your times accordingly.
If you use Webtix for online ticketing: After you click OK, go back to the main Edit a show window and click on the Webtix check box, a window will pop up giving you information about how you have set up ticketing on your Webtix site. It’s a quick and easy way to confirm the details and learn if you need to make corrections.
