It’s possible there might be a small error on line 28 of ./_custom/_includes/config.php where the time zone was listed.
For example, it could be entered as: $cstage['defaultWebtixTimeZone'] = "US/Pacific "; It should be entered as: $cstage['defaultWebtixTimeZone'] = "US/Pacific";
