Enjoy the flexibility of being able to choose from several ways to add service charges to your tickets. Here’s a look at your options:
- Service charges associated with a payment type
- Go to File | Payment types
- You can set service charges per ticket, per order, percent per order, or percent per ticket.
- Service charges associated with a performance
- Go to Show | Edit a show | (Click on the performance).
- On the default Options tab, add your service fee. (See screen shot below.)
Service charges associated with a ticket price
- Go to Show | Edit a show | (Click on performance)
- Click on the Categories and prices tab
- Click on the ellipsis associated with the price category (See screen shot below.)
- Add the service charge. (See screen shot below.)
