The first timer’s report is a report for the marketing department. The idea is that if new people come to your venue, they are extremely important. They need special attention, special offers, and special handling. Cultivate your new patrons by communicating your appreciation, giving them special offers, and tempt them to visit you again! The purpose is to make them a regular attendee (ie. a season ticket holder).
Here’s how it works:
- Wintix gets a list of everyone who attended.
- Wintix trims the list down to people who have never purchased anything else (no other sales records for that account).
- Wintix exports the list.
Simply follow the instructions below and run the report to a spreadsheet or DBF file. Then export to an email list for an email blast or a mailing list.
- In Wintix, go to Report | Other Reports | First timers and create a mailing list or email list.
- Here is an an example of what the report looks like in a spreadsheet. You can sort or edit as need be.
